Henry Ford and Son and the Ford Motor Group will use any personal information collected for customer administration including warranty and recall issues and marketing related purposes including customer support and to inform you about new products and services together with statistical analysis. Your data will be treated in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will only be disclosed to Henry Ford and Son affiliated or associated companies, agencies and dealers for the purpose of marketing and customer administration including customer support. Henry Ford and Son may from time to time use third parties outside the country to process your information for the purposes set out above. If we do make a transfer we will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure your information is protected, if same is not already in existence.
You have the right as an individual to find out what information we hold about you and make corrections if necessary; you also have the right to ask us to not use the information. We will make all practical efforts to respect your wishes. However certain legislation, especially related to safety issues or financial regulation (e.g. when dealing with Ford Credit) might prevent this.
